My young daughter and I are starting our very slow Camino from St Jean PdP on 24th August.
We have broken stage 1 into 4 days in order to have plenty of time to dawdle along and not worry about getting in late.
We will be stopping at Hunto and Orisson overnight, then walking to the Virgin on day 3. We will be picked up at the Virgin and taken back to St Jean and then delivered to the Cross the next morning for our final long walk to Roncesvalles and the pilgrims mass in the evening.
