I don't see a problem, provided you are reasonably fit and healthy. I have walked all these routes, though not necessarily as a combo. I have walked Salvador followed by Primitivo, which was most enjoyable.
Start by asking yourself what your motivations are for doing the pilgrimage.
On the Frances if can be quite giddy with first-timers, people from all over the world, cañas and cafe lattes (I'm feeling too argumentative to say cafe con leche)...
Aha! David- great question. My pre-first camino worries -
Worry #1: How difficult (physically) will the path be? I don't think I can walk 25km /day (I can and I did).

Just one thing to keep in mind: early May may still be snowy in the mountain pass between León and Asturias. Not a dealbreaker, but not something you would want to overlook.
