    No fear: there IS vegetarian food in Santiago

    I end up at OK Wok on Rúa do Franco at least once every time I'm in Santiago. It's really easy to make a vegetarian or vegan friendly noodle order there, and they're attentive to potential issues with sauces and eggs.

    Alternative Routes - Betanzos to Bruma

    I've written up both of those options here: https://davewhitson.com/index.php/2023/09/17/the-old-camino-ingles-options/ I strongly recommend the "old" route from Cos to Presedo. I prefer the newer route from Leiro to Bruma.
