    hi does anyone know of a good map of the route from Jaca to puenta la reina..? i meant to buy the guide from CSJ but time and work took me. Does anyone know if i will be able to get a map of this route online or in France at all. Thanks Eleanor x :? very excited as leave for france...

    new pilgim..anyone off to festival of st sara? foot advice?

    flip flops true they are the best...took me all over central america for 6mths with a back pack bigger than me and two drums hanging off each arm...oh that's why i now have a flat foot!

    !!! am really shocked pilgrims can even contemplate dumping tissue, plastic bottles or worse along the way..... :evil: if the worse comes to the worse can't be hard to bury stuff or use a bit of common sense and respect for the earth and others... sorry but grrr :oops:

    hello....planned to walk from from lourdes so think i will cross at somport and walk on that way...but i don't want to miss the church, Eunate... so will have to back track at puenta la reina.. Not having walked the route at all before, do you think this is easily done? eleanor xxx

    Relief for arthritic joint problems

    joint pain help cider vinegar... not sure about transporting it along your camino but if you get the chance drink it...very good in apple juice, you can pretend it's cider Tumeric - can add to food or capsules - very good for inflamation Hot creams - tiger balm style, arnica, bee stings etc...

    hello hello am extremely excited - leaving 12th May for Paris and then travelling on a little self devised journey through france...going to the festival of saint sara at the end of May in Saint Maries de la Mer and then onto Lourdes....and then joining the road to Santiago...last days of May...
