I flew today form Denver to Lisbon and I carry my backpack with my trecking poles pn the side with no problem. Nevertheless I had with me a tube in case they don't allow them as carry on.
Buen Camino
I am a day a way from my trip to the Camino Portugues. I am still debating if I should take my Keen sandlas or if I shuold buy a lighter one.
I plan to use them on paved paths not on the trail.
What is your advice.

I will be doing th Camino Portugues during May, starting in Lisbon.
I will like your advise on wether or not to take a sleeping bag. Actually I have a 5 degree sleeping bag liner but I checked the weather forecast for May and it seems to be cold.
