Hi everyone. Thought I'd add my experience with CBD on the Camino. I'm currently 500kms into the Frances from Saint Jean. We've used cbd and it is amazing for inflammation and to help sleep. Much safer than using ibuprofen too! We brought it in with us from France no problem as it's legal in...- Froglob
