I used mine almost every day.
I check my bag at the airport, so I bring a small Swiss Army knife with a corkscrew.
The knife is also very useful for cutting cheese.
So definitely yes!
My wife was a solo hiking, until we met on the Camino. Lol
We are happily married now, and starting our 5th Camino in April.
Via De La Plata.
You will be safe and happy.
Bon Chance!
My wife and I stop at a supermarket and get precooked corn on the cob, vacuum sealed.
So good. Doesn’t need butter.
Doing the Via Plata in April.
Can’t wait!
My wife and I did it last November.
It was great. Just follow the blue arrows to Fatima.
Then just look behind you every so often.
Not difficult at all.
We loved not booking ahead, on my first Camino, however it’s a different world today.
We walked again in October 2021.
I highly recommend booking one day in advance.
We used Gronze.com
No need to rush your day trying to get a bed.
Good luck!
