Can we please talk kilometres, litres, Celsius, right-side driving, etc.?

Actually, in Norway we talk about one mil, not mile. A mil is not really a measurement, but just a another way of saying 10 km. Like, say 1000 grams are 1 kg.

Has my Camino dream been broken?

Mike, according to the doctors she's 95%, or so recovered, but absolutely no pain. There is a slight skewness(?), which may happen. We have done a lot of 30+km days over the years since that without problems or pain. Just give it time, and don't overdo your training. Remember small steps.

Paris -Charles de Gaulle to Le Puy

You can actually take the TGV from Paris CDG airport. There is one train leaving at 11.58 with changes in Lyon and St.Etienne. The transfer in St.Etienne is just 6 minutes, but it can boe done. (I have) Next train leaves CDG at 13.58 with only a change in Lyon.
