    Motivation for Training

    Hi Motivation to practice can be diminished if you view it as a chore. Try to look forward to it in the knowledge that you will be better prepared for the physicality of the Camino. I constantly prayed the rosary as I walked. This helps enormously.

    Its the Camino Frances from Sarria. I'm attempting to do it in 4 days and wish to knock 9km off (Sarria to Peruscallo) if possible. Google states Peruscallo to Santiago is 103.4Km. My main concern is the transport links from the places stated as my wife will be with me (but not walking)...
