Another training option to consider is boot camp or personal training.
Training in a group environment, plus the added bonus of a PT pushing/encouraging you.
Any form of training will be a bonus and make the journey more enjoyable.
Totally agree, we are almost at Santiago and the whole journey has been disgusting. Littering, signs graffitied and or damaged & the list goes on.
Very disappointing!
Hi Natefaith,
Arriving Santiago 11th Oct, heading to Finisterre on Thursday 12th. Do you know if the bus/transport system will be affected by the holiday? No bus booked at this stage, accommodation booked;-)

My wife and I have seen you and your family on several occasions, last being in Burgos 2 days ago.
I commented to my wife, how wonderful a family walking together. Absolutely beautiful and a wonderful grounding experience for your children.
Buen Camino and hope to see you again.
You will regret over packing. We are 7 day's into our pilgrimage and already looking at items too send home or donate.
We only packed the basics and kept every item as light as possible.

We (wife and I) are currently walking the Camino France's and carry a small purse with 50€ in various notes/coins.
In our passport travel wallet we have 300€ to top up our purse.
ATM's are plentiful in larger towns, some charge fees (Zubiri 5€ fee).

Hi Rasika,
I understand your parents concerns, we have a 20 year old son who loves too spread his wings and explore what this great planet has to offer.
My wife, her close friend and I will be leaving SJPdP between 7-9th Sept. You are very welcome to join our small group for as long as is...
Hola Vivienne,
My wife and I commence our Camino on the 7th too, see you on "The Way".
Excited, but slightly anxious at present, I'm sure the anxiety will diminish once we start our pilgrimage.
Happy travels, Buen Camino
