We did Primitivo last year and really enjoyed our stay at Vilar de Cas, we stayed at Albergue A Pocina de Muniz - it is 15 km before Lugo - the Primitivo is our favourite walk have a lovely one 🥾🥾
Hello we are walking again this year, first up we are ‘warming up’ our walking legs and walking from Pamplona to Logrono- starting 18.8.23. Then heading up to Irun and walking the del Norte slowly from the 24.8.23 into Santiago de Compostela around the 8 th October. Hope to see you along the way
We walked the Primitivo this year in September/October it is an absolutely fantastic walk you will really love it. We stayed in Berducedo and were very happy to stop for the night there, after the Hospitales route. We stayed at Casa de Aldea Araceli, it was great - best shower after a long day...

We are walking the Primitivo this May and I was looking at Borres, it seems to have an albergue, has anyone stayed here ? and is there somewhere were you can eat, a bar maybe? many thanks
hi Zamora, I am walking Camino Frances end of April this year, I booked online last week and heard back pretty much instantly, I booked via their website instead of sending an email, maybe that is the reason I heard back so quickly. hope that is helpful Janine
