Biking the Camino: G'day Jenny - not sure about your biking (off-sealed roads) experiences but 16-17 days from Pamplona will (imho) make for a quick trip. Rental is probably your best bet - you might get the 17 days for only 14 days payments. I rode this route in 2015 - departed Pamplona 5th Sep arrived Santiago 27th. Happy to answer any questions. Cheers

Hi Saint Mike, yes I think it's going to be quicker than ideal but it is what it is unfortunately. I'm more of a road or bike path rider and will be looking to do some rail trail riding in the next 6 months to improve my skills. I am thinking rental too, way too hard from Oz to take a bike and buying - no definitely rental.

I know you've answered the 'parts of the trail to avoid' question a few times and that's the one I'm looking for please
        Cheers and thanks
