Good project! Small point, but check the spelling for PILGRIMAGE, as well as the spacing between words.

I found it safe but a very solitary experience. I went off season, in February, and rarely encountered anyone else during the day. Since much of the terrain is heavily forested (and steep!) the thought of how I would deal with an injury on the trail did concern me as there was just no one else...
