Which Camino route best suits dysfunctional knees?
Hi Miriam, I have problems with my knee also. The key thing is to use walking poles which reduce the strain on your knees. Also a good suggestion is to send ahead your bag and not carry it yourself as this will also reduce the pressure on your joints. I agree with the comment above about maybe...- johno
