    An Alcohol-Free Camino?

I don't drink alcohol as strange behaviour for someone from Finland that might be (one is too many and... you get the idea). This did not cause any kind of problems during the 2 caminos I have been in. Last time though there was this odd dinner where a couple of over -aged teenagers(old ladies...

    Snow and Chaos in Santiago

For once you can enjoy the real winter all the way in Santiago ;). It has also been snowing more than in years in Finland this winter. Lately the winters have been warmer but now there's lots and lots of that white stuff everywhere...Seems pretty though those streets in Santiago covered with...

    The Journey or the Destination??

For me: the journey. Definitely. My friend wanted to know why the frack I have to go spend my holiday to do a pilgrimage in Spain. I told him that "I like to walk".

    Is this an addiction?

I walked my first Camino on 2006 from Astorga. After coming back I started to plan walking again and this time from Saint Jean. My hubby commented from the couch:" OMG, this is getting grazier all the time!" :D . I confess that I must have been acting like I'm obsessed; for months I planned how...
