    I think the additional problem was that the place was so dirty. Agreed even posh hotels get bedbugs.

    Just spoke with nice Canadian pilgrim and looked at pictures she took of Albergue Las Peñas which is infected with bedbugs. Owner was rude saying what do you expect for 10E. She is moving and reporting to tourist bureau tomorrow.

    Tape, clothespins and shoelaces - my new discoveries

    One of our Camino advisors recommended diaper pins for laundry and attaching things to the pack. Also, I've heard take some caribiners for attaching things to the pack to dry while you walk, etc.

    I use the stretchable KT Tape and am wondering, can I find it enroute or should I bring enough to see me thru to the end??

    I notice a lot of people mention safety pins. One of our mentors for the trip recommends baby safety pins, the ones with the big plastic tops. those sound ideal for hanging clothes to dry
