Thank you for your comment about a bike bell and safety on the footpath with pilgrims. I always use my bell and/or get off my bike and walk until the footpath is clear to pass on. Safety first ! CB Bike
Since that's 10# less than what we've been carrying in the gym, it's a pleasant surprise. We've got a hair over three weeks until we leave and are getting excited, with the occasional butterfly as well. Thanks again, and good luck on your upcoming Camino in October!

Howdy Lyle! I just wanted to thank you again for the advice from last month. We've taken the climbing to heart and now that it's rainy(and buggy), we've been averaging 5 days a week climbing the treadmills. We also have been refining down our pack contents and using the gym's scale to weigh them. 6.4 kilos w/o water for mine, 6.5 kilos for Paula's.
