At the age of 70 I walked from Bruma to Santiago in one day. A walker had to do it in one day to get a flight and I followed him until he went out of sight. It is a flat walk through Sigueiro and if you are fit no problem

If you land in Santiago get the bus into the city, then get off at the bus station( estaccion de autobus). Fare is only 5+ euros. Go upstairs to the ticket office and get a ticket to Ferrol one way or (de ida). check you are the right bus bay, buses are pretty regular. Sorry cant remember the...
When I was walking the walk of the dead from santiago to fisterra at the age of 72. I met a fellow welshman he was 75 and had walked from Valencia with a friend. See if you can estimate the mileage for that walk.
I know the hostel your in near the airport and not far from the camino path. Cant help you on route but I can say that Brierly is very good and the route is very well marked. Shouldnt be a problem no further maps required Buen Camino
Spent two nights here in June . Excellent place with excellent management at Bella Muxia. They even made free soup for pilgrims. Very modern Albergue with great staff.

Thanks Jill the grupo ferrin bus company seem to have a 6.45a.m. and a 2.30p.m. to santiago . Are there other companies operating out of Muxia that provide other times?
