    Optimizing Pack Weight: Layering Tips for Camino in August-September

    I use sun sleeves as, of course sun protection for my arms but they're also warm when layered underneath a jacket or 1/4 zip. Super light, I've found they can replace a long sleeve shirt. My pack was too heavy on my last Camino despite my careful choices. Working to get it to 5 kg for this next one.

    OBSOLETE COVID THREAD French QR Pass Sanitaire Rec’d

    We have a friend (U.S.) that applied for the pass and didn't receive it before she left. She's in France now and said she did a quick test at a pharmacy and got a QR code. I don't know how long that code is good for though.

    Thanks Trecile! Where it gets tricky for us is because we change planes in Iceland we are considered as visiting Iceland and need to meet their requirements. The US requirements seem to be not as strict. I think we'll get tested at home here from our health system and also buy the tests to use...
