    I ordered a guide book from Ivar. The book traveled to Germany, but turned from there to Italy, and has now been "delivered". I live in Finland. Ok, is this the universe's way to say I should plan a camino in Italy or maybe I can't trust in a book that can't even find it's way to the right...

    Yes, I watched it yesterday (Viaplay, Finland). Great movie, I loved it. It's more about family and relationships than actual camino, but some elements of camino are clear. Worth watching absolutely 👍👍

    Women out there - Deuter backpack

    I have had a Deuter Gröden 30 l on two caminos and I love it. The most important thing is that the backbag feels good on your back. I'm relatively short and I have found other bags too long for me.

    Based on food? I would go to Italy or France. Sorry, Spain, two caminos and mostly not good food there. I'll still go again, because it's not about food, so it does not matter that much 😄👍

    Cancelation Insurance due to Coronavirus

    My travel insurance has a crisis term, which covers epidemic situation and I can cancel my journey 48 hours before travelling. Unfortunately this company operates only in Scandinavia, but surely there must be some others too.

    Yes, I have. A product of Woly, it works quite well. The shoes are not waterproof, but can hold longer and are easier to clean from mud. Good idea.

    I had Merrells last spring, waterproof yes but too hard on those hard paths. I had terrible knee problems. This year I'll go with much softer and no waterproof Halti shoes. So, my vote to Hoka 👍

    newcomer packing list

    I would have a light sleeping bag in May, specially if you are usually cold. The houses can be cold, even there is already warm outside. I had a sleeping bag in last May, it weighs 600 g and can be used as blanket too. Perfect! Buen Camino 🙋🏻‍♀️
