I've walked it four times.... my favourite. After many Caminos, I don't walk long drags into and out of cities, except SdC. I metro to Matasinhos on the coast or Vilar de Pinheiro on the central.
I highly recommend Korean and Asiana airlines. Leave Australia early morning, land Incheon late afternoon. Taken to great hotel, buffet dinner and breakfast then return to airport for middle of the day flights to European destinations. Excellent service with the bonus of no jet lag….

As an adjunct, in Australia there’s a rapidly growing push to become a cashless society which is causing great concern. A recent 12 hour outage by a major telco threw commerce amongst other things into chaos and highlighted the dangers of such a policy. Fewer and fewer people here pay with cash….
There were definitely large groups (40 and 30) booking in hostels when I walked this year in the Fromista area. They were in close proximity and causing issues for others. Delightful people, definitely walking, most all day, with support vehicle.
