The refuge Saint Jacques 7 rue Gosse in Bayonne will open its doors to pilgrims for the new season from March 25 to April 1, 2024. Will close from April 1 to 8 due to the ham fair. Reopening April 8, 2024 until October 31. -

As you said, shipping is not an issue, it's finding somewhere to accept it for you. You might need to book a hotel in SJPP and ask if you can send your bags there. Whiz Air is just about the most expensive for baggage of all the airlines.
