Christmas 2023 pilgrims, gather here!
Unless you've already been on them the Mozarabe either from Malaga or Almeria might suit. I've done both to Cordoba and Granada over previous Christmas holidays and had no problems with accommodation. I did however use other types of accommodation as well as albergues. Recommendations for a non crowded ‘pilgrimage’
You could try the CdeMadrid, the San Salvador or the Primitivo which all offer much the same infrastructure as the CF. LaineyLainey I think if you looked at starting the Mozárabe in Almeria there is a good possibility of making Granada in about six days, depending on fitness. The Málaga Mozárabe and the Almería one meet at Baena. It is very easy to navigate Málaga-Baena, there are the usual painted yellow arrows...- milkybar93
