    Excellent! So far, I've just been reading blogs - haven't gotten an actual guide yet. Have any recommendations for a good guide book that would include intermediate towns? Oh wait - I just read your post again. I will look for the Brierley guide - not sure what my mind read the first time through.

    What's the least daily distance feasible?

    I'm thinking 2 months. I could go longer or shorter, but will be dictated by the date of my plane ticket. I'll plan to stay a couple weeks longer than I think I'll be on the trail and just find other stuff to do in Spain - that way I won't have to rush.

    Yes! It's a long, slow process. When I overdo it, I set myself back a lot. I need to find a pace that I can maintain, and the STICK TO IT!!! I start feeling good, and think I can do more - and then... *BAM* This is all so hard as I've always been very active and could do so much.

    WOO HOO!! That's fantastic! I knew there were stretches with hostels every few km, but didn't realize the whole trail was that way. I'm sure I could do ten miles occasionally, but I know there's no way I could do it consistently.
