    Is 1 litre of water enough to carry?

    I am a big fan of the camelback. Especially when it is really hot. I have found that as it gets hotter i get lazier and if i have to get at a bottle, it doesnt happen as often as it should. And also, if you get dehydrated, the best way to rehydrate is with little sips. If you have big drinks...

    Thigh chafing

    cheap greasy moisturizer I have never tried vaseline but i have found that cheap greasy moisturizer have always done the job. I dont know about it marking clothes either but i have never had a problem...but im a guy so probably wouldnt even notice :D
