    Did the same as you in 2013. I looked at busses and trains but was concerned about timing and stress with the rugsack as others have said.     I wish you both well. Have you considered the Ingles route? It takes 5/6days and is a full route - that is a start and finish rather than joining, say, the Frances ar Sarria. Burn Camino!

    Hi, You may find there is a flight from Bordeaux to SdeC. You can then train, bus or taxi to Ferrol. The taxi ride takes about an hour.
