Easiest one week for Camino for elders?

Need to skip a section between Tui and Redondela -- Where?
Avoids the walk along the industrial park on the way into Porrino, which was tolerable but not inspirational. The camino from Porrino to Redondela includes walking along the heights and through woods which I enjoyed. The walk up to the heights is a bit steep and will get your heart pumping, so...- Pinzi

Temperatures in the Fall
My brother and I walked from Tui to Santiago between 23-28 Sept last year. I was able to walk in shorts and a tea-shirt every day. In the morning and evenings it was a bit cool (high 40s - low 50s F). A light jacket/windbreaker that we could take off was all that we needed to be comfortable...- Pinzi

Those of You Who Started at Tui....
My brother and I took the train from Santiago to Tui. We stayed overnight in Santiago, and caught the 6:17 AM Spanish train to Vigo (Guixan). REI Trail 40 pack
Just finished the Portuguese from Tui to Santiago. I used a trail 40 from REI, and it was the perfect pack for the trip. The folks at REI sized me when I bought. The pack was comfortable and carried everything I needed. And it fit in the overhead bin on the plane.- Pinzi

Passport Holder
I used a neck wallet which I wore under my shirt and against my skin. Was comfortable, and It worked well, but a bit of sweat did manage to get in to the wallet. I would use it again but put my passport/pilgrim passport in a plastic sandwich bag in the wallet. Tried on some money belts, but...- Pinzi
