As an FYI... The first symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis are feet hurting when you first wake up or around 4 am! I used to wake up wondering why my feet hurt when I was sleeping and they were elevated... It's an autoimmune disease and I recommend getting it checked out... Usually the hurting...- Ponygirl1961
