After my longest training walk started getting PF symptoms in my left foot. Only had it previously in my right foot and was symptom free for months. Taking it easy for a few days and in a weeks time will get to London and can buy proper shoes for starting Primitivo18 July. Its a catch 22, if i walk more but not in the right shoes i'll get injured. But i need to walk more to build up my fitnes level so I am strong?
