I started from Pamplona on 25 July and stayed at Albergue Plaza Catedral. Because of Covid the occupancy allowed was only 50% and many pilgrims I saw coming after 4.00 pm were struggling to get a bed.

Depending on how you feel do not stretch yourself each day. One does not have to cover 20 kms plus everyday. Also people start earlier in the morning to avoid the afternoon heat.
