    What's a Slow Walker?

I am a slow walker. I do 3km an hour without stops and perhaps 4 with a stop or two. I have walked many caminos. I prefer a walk less than 25 km but I can do 40 if needed. I do not think being a slow walker means that you can walk a short number of km. It means that you take your time. Remember...

    Travel from Norway to SJPDP

See your point Alexwalker, the train takes shorter time than I thought. Tried a return from Santiago via Barcelona on my second camino in 2007 and was robbed on the airporttrain to Sants. Is a sleeping bag or a liner enough for the Camino in April?

I would take a light sleepingbag or a fleececarpet, and a liner as well. If you have booked hotels or hostels you do not need them, but in albergues yes!

Growth in pilgrim numbers on the Invierno

I walked the Invierno in 2018, my last camino before severe illness in my household and the covidpandemi. I would like to walk again, preferably my years of planned Camino de Madrid continuing on the Invierno. But I guess so many years have gone and I feel too old to walk alone. On the Invierno...
