RolfMagener replied to the thread Gortex or No -Gortex Shoes.I agree...it really doesn't matter if your shoes or boots are goretex or not. I have both and it really does not matter. I have expensive waterproof socks and even using them with the goretex boots after a while you end up with wet feet.
