    that wasn't my experience, there were numerous dining ooptions and Albergues who catered for vegans. There are Albergues that are entirely vegetarian. There are reasonably equipped kitchens in most places too and health food shops in many locations

    forgot to mention quite a few cafes all the way along on the route offer vegetarian Paella, they are almost all frozen and basic, usually less than a tenner and a Euro or so cheaper than the non veggie ones (also frozen) and VERY welcome at times.
