    I thought that too. I notice for me one reason is that it takes me a while to collect my thoughts and think about what I want to say so that’s easier to do in writing. Another reason is that online no one interrupts me LOL that actually happens quite a bit in face to face conversations.

    You will be fine! I walked alone in May (at age 62). I am so glad I walked alone as I think I met more interesting people that way and never had a problem finding a bed.

    I think I’m ready, but I have a couple of questions...

    It is really nice to have a pack that is a bit roomier than you need. That makes it much faster to find things and to pack up again in the morning. The pilgrims I met that had a tightly packed pack were very slow as everyone had to be carefully arranged to get it back in the pack.

    Buff is a trademark and yes you can be sued. You’re correct that somethings have become such a common generic word that they are no longer protected, like trampoline, but buff is not one of them. The company reached out to you so you are wise to not use that word.
