The tourist thinks "I have paid 30 euros therefore I can get meaningful souvenir along with a fridge magnet". -

Hmm. Mixed thoughts on this. I'm quite empathetic with the desire to get back on a physical Camino. Buuuut..... Many years ago, after a particular spiritual experience, I was lamenting over my inability to maintain that particular "high"...

Silencio Por Favor replied to the thread Camino by skateboard?.As you have probably seen recently the citizens of Barcelona spraying tourists due to sheer numbers affecting housing costs, availability. I can imagine you spraying numerous people from Sarria to Santiago saying "pilgrim go home ".
