I do have the same concern. It is recommended not to exercise for a certain amount of time after COVID. Funny how walking 18 km a day feels like an easy day on the Camino but still is significant amount of exercise and could put someone at risk for post COVID cardiac complications
Any suggestions on how to still finish the Camino? I don’t know how to find a bus to move forward or a doctor. We are in Trabadelo in a private room so I don’t make anyone sick in the Albergue. I wish they made COVID tests easy to find and use on Camino. No pharmacy open today.
