Z poles as flight cabin baggage stored in pack, question.

Sorted. I do not want to check my bag in because of a logistic problem. My friend fly's elsewhere early morning, I am helping her through security and to her departure gate. I fly much later so will not be able to check baggage in after I accompany her through to departures. So I just got a...

    Where to lighten the load?

I'd have a lighter bag under a kilo plus leave down jacket, it's a great jacket but if it gets wet then it's heavier and a problem, take the other one.

    Best Camino Norte Guide Book

Should be Laura Perazzoli, apologies. One thing to note the book does have guides for Norte, Primitivo and Ingles and finisterre too.

    Best Camino Norte Guide Book

I have just bought Cicerone pilgrim route The northern Caminos by Laura Prazzoli & Dave Whitson (English edition 2015) £14.85 Amazon. coming in at 17cm long 6.5" and 11cm 4.5" wide 318 pages long, with too many photos, maps look ok but not great as in Briereleys books no gradient map, it does...

Thanks guys for clearing that up for me so quick, very appreciated. In the past I always put them inside my backpack and check them in. It's was just that I am travelling to the airport with a friend flying elsewhere and very much earlier than me and I had hoped to see her to her gate. my check...

Z poles as flight cabin baggage stored in pack, question.

Sorry messed up posting this. But can the above bee taken onboard inside cabin baggage or do small poles need to be checked in? Flying frm UK by Ryanair. Many thanks. I have looked at their site but cannot find a definitive answer.

    Changing to a 20L from 32L pack

I took a Deuter Actlite 40+10 in 2015, last year an Osprey Talon 33 a very nice comfy pack. This time may take a Talon 22 just so I can take it as cabin luggage. By the way does anyone know if you can take collapsable poles in your onboard bag? I have Black diamond Z poles, cork grips used for...
