Kathleen Jenkins
I am writing a book about parents and their young adult children, approximately ages 18-26, who walk the Camino together. If you have walked any of the Camino routes in the last year with your adult child or parent, or plan to do so in 2016/17, and would share your story, please contact me at All interviews are confidential.

I have volunteered at the Pilgrims’ Office in Santiago and talked with many pilgrims. Prior research focuses on religious and spiritual practices among families: Sacred Divorce: Religion, Therapeutic Culture, and Ending Life Partnerships (2014).
