A word of warning re: airlines- take my advice and avoid Veuling Air. They are quite unprofessional, shady and there’s no way to contact them if you need to. They’re cheap, yes, and for a reason. I’ve had no end of headache trying to reach them to change a flight. I’ll never use them again, and there are many others in my situation.

And many people will say the same about just about any other airline. All airlines are currently having staffing issues while the desire to travel is growing, which leads to many issues.

I agree with @trecile. I have used them many times with no issues. Just about every airline is experiencing issues of some sort just now.

As an example, my BA flight this August has moved it's departure time, which has cost me an additional night stay in London.

I'm just sorry that your personal experience was so bad this trip.

BTW - I had to call them last October from SDC, it was not easy to find a phone number but once I did, they resolved my flight issue quite quickly.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
I could say the same thing about Iberia Airlines who is the parent company of Veuling along with BA. None of the airlines are into customer service these days and as I heard on CNBC this morning your best bet is to book your flight early in the day to avoid being canceled.

Troubled times for most airlines worldwide these days of pandemic recovery process. Many of them are below strength employee wise. I would hesitate to paint Vueling with such a broad brush at this point in time.

Veuling saved our Portuguese Camino when easyJet cancelled flights from SdC last May. I still use easyJet.
Tough time for all in travel industry.
Have a plan B ready.
