When I start my hike it will be in France. Does anyone know of a good place to get my first stamp/timbre/sello in Hendaye?

You can stop any place in Hendaye to ask for a stamp including the Gare SNCF or rr station. Another appropriate place would be the Hendaye pilgrim albergue on rue la Fontaine. In season they open at 16:00 and have 12 bunks.
