I believe that most albergue in Muxia can give you your Muxiana. I stayed in a private albergue and got one from them.

The tourist office also issue them, it was closed when we checked so we picked ours up at the municipal albergue.

You can get the Muxiana at the "Bella Muxia" albergue. They are very nice there. We got them this June and also in 2013. It's right in the middle of town next to the Hotel de Lolo. Dayton
