Thank you to everyone who has given me some sound advice over the past few weeks as i make my way to Ferrol tomorrow for the start of the Camino Ingles , so be warned a mad but sane Welshman is coming to town lol ..
Also thank you to Ivar my order arrived within two days of it being placed much quicker than the post here in the UK ...
I am carrying 7kg not including the 2 litres of water i will get in SDC..
Thank ou once more to everyone , i may just imput a blog on a daily basis if time is found ...

Am in Neda albergue ...crazy Canuck on the way...would love to meet up...if not on the path..in Santiago. I am taking it slow. Ingrid
