Sorry no. Get off at the bus at Sarria, rest your weary feet a couple of days and hoof it in from there making sure you get two sellos every day. Then you will receive your Compostela.

my feet gave out in Los Arcos. I started in SJPDP...walked about 200 km. I am bussing to Santiago de Compostela. Am I eligible for a Compostela certificate?
I keep hearing about the last 100 km.
Thanks!
Hi, you are not eligible for a Compostela.
For a Compostela you have to walk the last 100km. But you did great, you already walked 200km. What are your plans now, will you come back and begin your journey again from Los Argos? ?
What ever you decite, I wish you well, Peter.

Thanks for the replies everyone! My walking is over for now as I have a rather nasty infection in two toes. I spoke with a doctor here and was advised to let them heal...about two weeks! I'm taking the train from Burgos to Santiago and attending mass to complete my journey.
Yes, there are more important things than a piece of paper. The many friendships, camaraderie, and spiritual refreshment that I have gained from this experience is beyond measure!
Buen Camino!

Don't forget all the planimg for when you come back to Los Arcos to walk on. Woshing you fast healing and a meaningful experience in Santiago.

Jeffery, you have done so well and I agree, there are more important things - and many of them, not as important as your health and well being. Congratulations on what you have accomplished. Perhaps you will return to the Camino as so many others seem drawn to do, no matter how many miles they put in…..wish you continued healing. Maggie

When you get to Santiago, you CAN get a Certificate of Distance, I believe?

Well done for achieving what you did.
SdeC has been there for a while and will be there for a long while yet! Plenty of time :)

I agree with Robb.
Many people do the Camino in stages.
I'm working on the VDLP now and have done it two different years.
I'm up to Caceres and hope to finish it this year.

While not official, and surely worthless, I nonetheless bestow upon you The Captain Buddy Certification of Pilgrim Achievement, awarded for the insight you have gained from your experience.

I'm sorry you had to cut the distance shorter than what you originally wanted however, your positive attitude tells me you completed a very successful Camino.

I wish you fast healing and safe journey.
