Shipping saddle, pedals, shoes, helmet and bike clothes home from Camino

I will be doing the Camino next spring. Afterwards I will join my wife in Italy for some additional tourism and a cruise. She will bring a different set of clothes for me after my Camino. What I am wondering is is there a relatively inexpensive and good way to send my bike saddle, pedals, shoes, helmet and bike clothes home to the USA, so I don't have to carry them all over the rest of my trip in Europe?

My son and daughter-in-law and I just finished biking our camino 2 weeks ago. So sad that it was over.
They found Mailboxes Etc in Santiago to be very helpful. They boxed and shipped everything, including their bikes, back here to the States for them. Everything arrived here without a hitch.
I had suggested Mailboxes after reading this suggestion from another pilgrim on this forum.

.....I found the following on Trip Advisor and like the idea of using a hotel concierge deal with the Spanish post office.

'Best' is always relative, but the most economical will be heading to a Post Office ('Correos'), buy there a shipping box and mail it by 'Economic International Parcel' (slow mail). You will have to pack your parcel, bring it to the post office, and do not count on the staff speaking any English. Prices will vary depending on size and weight:

Of course it will be easier if you use any parcel service like DHL, FedEx, etc but you will pay a lot more. Your hotel concierge should be able to arrange this for you......
