Faro to Santiago info please

Hello to all you wonderful walkers
I would like to start in Faro - Evora- Lamego-Chaves-Ourense route , I am not finding much info on this route though it is shown on the caminho document. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

The associations are now beginning to mark the way (Caminho Central do Sul), but will not pass through the city of Évora.
It is planned to go through:
Municipalities of Faro and Loulé to Almodovar, joining the south to Castro Verde, Santiago do Cacém, Alcacer do Sal, Palmela, Lisbon.

I want to go a different route through Portugal, not to repeat the same as last year from Lisboa.
I am just crazy about that country.
I have also been researching starting in Seville then at some point turn toward Portugal because I would like to spend a couple weeks walking through north-central Portugal.
