portoguese camino - profile maps ?

Hello everyone
me and my daughter will travel the portoguese camino at the end of june 2016
it will be our first camino

we will go by unicycle from lisbon
we would like to use the "internal" route(santarem-tomar-coimbra) to porto
then we would like to use the coast route from porto(villa do conde-viana do castelo-vigo) to redondela-SDC

where can we find profile maps?
do you know the type of terrain we will encounter?
are there a lot of going up and down/hills?

The coastal route from Porto to Vigo is very flat. Most of the time you are walking along side of the sea.

All you need is here http://www.caminador.es/?page_id=117 I agree its relatively flat all the way with no that many ups and downs, a few ups to reach the hilltop towns like Castle in Lisbon, University in Coimbra, Fort at Santarem, the Cathedral in Porto, Basilica de Santa Lucia in Viana do Castelo, Monte Santa Tecla A Guarda, San Roque in Vigo...

this summer we are going to travel from Ulm (Germany) trough Vienna and finish our Unicycle tour in Budapest (1070Km)
