Camino (2017)
Hola everyone,

I have a question regarding places to stay in Biarritz? We initially got tickets to Toulouse but thanks to very kind people on this page we have now changed our destination from the UK, so we will arriving at Biarritz airport on the 11 April around 5pm, any suggestions?
Will it be easier to go straight to Bayonne, stay over and take the train to SJP the following morning or stay in Biarritz?
Muchas gracias

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
Stay in a place near the Bayonne train station so you can catch an early train to SJPdP. I think you can catch the last train in the evening to SJPdP at 1806 if you want.

Bus to Bayonne from the airport (timetable here http://www.chronoplus.eu/ftp/FR_lignes/Fiche_horaire_Ligne14_sept_8.pdf) and stay in the recommended Hotel Monte Carlo opposite the station.

Oh wow, what fun you are going to have ;)
