Just in case no one has mentioned this for current camino walkers, the Parador is offering pilgrims private accomodation (and breakfast I think) in Santiago for 23€. But you must book ahead and space is limited. Good luck!

the number you have provided corresponds to the Hospedería San Martín Pinario, which is also very cool, but not the Parador.

i may be wrong, but i would find it very surprising if one of the most expensive Paradores in Spain is offering nights for 23 euros

That is hilarious because I booked it with credit card based on a friends recommendation it was the Parador. I couldnt understand the woman answering the phone. But you are right, it aint the Parador. Thanks for doing quality control on my post!

A great bargain at 23 and great location centralized to the church, not far from where you get your passport documentation and near a bunch of cool bars.

San Martin is a WONDERFUL place to stay !!!!!!!!!!!!

I like San Martin Pinario better than the Parador, as a place to end the Camino.
