credential in Piacenza

Good day . My husband and I will be starting the Via Francigena in April. Our starting point will be the city of Piacenza. I read on the VF website that I would be able to obtain my credential from the Basilica of Santa Maria di Campagna in Piacenza. However , when I emailed them, the email was rejected as undeliverable. I am wondering if this facility is still open. Does anyone know if this Basilica still sells credentials to pilgrims

Yes SS , I did. I also tried the email they have listed on their web site. Both got bounced back. Another pilgrim is going to call the Basilica and let me know .
