I have walk the Camino Portugués and Ingles last August ! What a great journey !

I walked the Camino Portugués from Porto to Santiago and a second part of my way was the Camino Ingles (Forel to Santiago) last summer (July - August) before spending 3 weeks volunteering in a Albergue in Suisse and Italy. I was really calm and centered when I started to walk. I walk and talk with the people as egual in my heart and soul I was discovering all life stories! I really do believe that the fundamental principle of peace is a belief that each person is important. Do you believe you are important? It is so true that every Person is a Sacred Story. I did small clips of video (each is one minute or two) to keep this little journey very clear in my mind. I am sharing my journey !!! Keep in mind that I am a french Canadien .. speak French - English - Spanish … but my first language is french. See you on the Camino

Beautiful Robert. Yes each one of us is special. Since I retired and adopted a quieter more minimalistic lifestyle, I find I am struggling with my “significance”. Once we young seniors leave the busy world of work (which I loved but love my peaceful life even more) invisibility and insignificance hits hard. The Camino is an amazing way for me to travel, meet and connect deeply with special souls and stay healthy. Again merci beaucoup mon ami.
